Kia and Karlijn joined CoPAN with the Mercator Sapiens project!

Kia and Karlijn have recently started their PhD research within the Mercator Sapiens project “The Evolutionary Drivers of Our Behavior.” Their work explores the role of emotional expressions in cooperation among great apes, including humans, aiming to uncover how emotions influence social behavior from an evolutionary perspective.
